The Administrative Manual is intended to be used as a guide to assist participating providers and their staff in delivering covered services to BridgeSpan members. This manual supplements your participating agreement and contains policies, procedures and general reference information.
Updates to manual sections are posted at the beginning of the month in which they occur and a notification is included in our newsletter, published in February, April, June, August, October and December. Please review new content promptly to ensure you have the most current information.
