Note: Only the plan subscriber can pay through InstaMed. If you are not the plan subscriber, please use one of the other payment options below.
To set up a monthly payment through your bank's website, use your 9-digit member ID without the dashes. Be sure to set your payment to arrive to us several days before it's due; some banks can take up to 10 days to process payments. Send payments to:

Your premium payments are due by the first day of the month that your coverage begins. For example, if your insurance begins on January 1, your payment is due no later than that date. You will receive a bill for the amount you owe immediately after we have processed your enrollment
